About The Healthspan Memo
Most health content online is either a forty-post thread you will never use, or somebody selling you their supplement stack. We wanted the thing in the middle, so we built it.
What this is
One longevity research brief a day, written in plain English, with the sources named. Each one takes a published study or a well-supported finding and explains what it actually says, what kind of evidence it rests on, and what you could do about it. Most of what we recommend is free.
Who is behind it
The Healthspan Memo is operated by ROI.LIVE, a marketing company in Asheville, North Carolina. We are not physicians and we do not claim to be. We are careful readers who name our sources and tell you when the evidence is weak.
We think that is worth stating plainly, because a lot of accounts in this space invent a persona, borrow a lab coat, and hope nobody checks. You can check us.
How we pay for it
Affiliate commissions from brands, labeled every single time, and never a factor in what we cover. The whole arrangement is spelled out on the Affiliate Disclosure page, and the rules we write under are on Editorial Standards.
Where to find us
The daily brief goes out on X at @healthspanmemo. Questions, corrections, and disagreements are welcome at healthspanmemo@gmail.com.
