The Healthspan Memo

One longevity research brief a day. We read the studies and the labels so you don’t have to.

What a brief looks like

Most health content is either a forty-post thread you will never finish, or somebody selling you their supplement stack. A Memo is the thing in between: one finding, explained the way you would explain it to a smart friend.

One finding, explained properly

We take a single published result and tell you what it actually says, what kind of study it came from, and how big the effect really was. No stacking six half-facts into a thread.

Sources named, every time

Author, year, journal, in the post itself. You should never have to take our word for it, and “studies show” is not a source.

The free lever first

Sleep timing, training, sunlight, and what you eat outrank anything in a capsule. We lead with the thing that costs nothing, and a supplement only shows up when the evidence earns it.

How we work, in writing

We publish under standards we wrote down so you can hold us to them: no disease claims, no invented personal results, no bought reach, and a correction in place when we get something wrong. You can read the whole thing on Editorial Standards.

We make money from affiliate commissions, funded by brands and labeled every single time. Commission rates never decide what we cover. That is all spelled out on the Affiliate Disclosure page, including the four things a brand cannot buy from us.
